Privacy
We collect no patient data. We collect what it takes to run your subscription.
The short version
We collect no patient data.
We store your account, your subscription status, and how you set up your clinic pages.
We also see which pages clinicians use.
A clip link works without an account, and carries no tracking.
What we collect from a subscriber
Clerk holds your sign-in identity: your email address and your name.
Stripe holds your payment details, and we never see your card number.
Stripe gives us a customer id, your plan status and your renewal date.
We hold your clinic name, your chosen address, and your logo and colour.
Your founding-wall name and clinic are held only if you opt in.
What we collect on the clinician-facing pages
PostHog records page views and a few product events, for example a subscribe button press.
Events are tied to your account only after you sign in.
IP addresses are discarded, and there is no session recording.
PostHog is not loaded on any page you send to a patient.
What we do not collect
We collect nothing about a patient: no names, no symptoms, no answers, no email addresses.
Nothing about a patient is stored or inferred.
"Email this link" opens your own email program.
The message goes from you to your patient, and never through Pelvic Lens.
Pages you send to a patient carry no analytics.
They set one short-lived cookie, which lets the clip's files load.
Cookies
There are three cookies.
The sign-in session cookie from Clerk, on pages where you are signed in.
PostHog's cookie, on clinician-facing pages only.
The short-lived clip cookie, which lets a sent clip's files load.
There are no advertising cookies.
We show no consent banner, because nothing non-essential is set on a patient-facing page.
If the law where you are requires a banner for analytics, we show one.
