Terms of service
Pelvic Lens is run by Integrated Pelvic Care Inc., trading as Pelvic Lens. These terms cover your subscription.
What Pelvic Lens is
Pelvic Lens is animated anatomy of the male pelvis, for clinicians.
You use it in a consultation, and you send clips to patients.
It is education. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or medical advice.
It knows nothing about any patient.
Who may subscribe
A licensed clinician or a clinic may subscribe.
You are responsible for how you use it with patients, and for what you tell them.
Your account and your address
One subscription is one clinic address, at your own slug on pelviclens.com.
The address carries your branding, your model pages and your patients' clips.
Keep your sign-in to yourself.
Teams and seats are a separate plan, and are not part of this subscription.
Price and billing
The price is $29.99 a month.
The first twenty subscribers pay $9.99 a month for as long as they stay subscribed.
Stripe bills you monthly in advance until you cancel.
We can change the price with 30 days' notice by email.
A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time from Settings, and keep access to the end of the paid period.

What you may not do
Do not share your sign-in.
Do not copy, download, resell or redistribute the models.
Do not remove Integrated Pelvic Care's attribution.
Do not use the product to make or imply a diagnosis.
Do not use it in a way that breaks the law where you practise.
Ownership
The models, animations, words and design belong to Integrated Pelvic Care.
Your subscription is a licence to use them, not a transfer.
The named attributions stand: the Four Horsemen, the five muscle patterns and the cluster drinking method.
Your logo and your clinic name stay yours.
You give us permission to show them on your address and your patients' clips.
Patients' clips
A clip link is for the patient you send it to.
We do not know who they are, and we do not track them.
Do not put anything about a patient into the product.
There is nowhere to put it.
Availability and changes
We keep the service running, and we add models.
We can change or retire a model with notice.
If we close the service, you get a pro-rata refund of any paid period.
Liability
Pelvic Lens is education, and it carries no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Our liability is capped at what you paid in the last twelve months.
In plain words: if something goes wrong, we owe you back what you paid us.
Where the law does not allow that cap, the law wins.
Termination
You can stop any time.
We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
We refund any unused period, unless the breach was serious.
Law and contact
The governing law is that of Canada.
