Refund and cancellation policy
Pelvic Lens is a monthly subscription, billed in advance.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings.
You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
There are no further charges.
Partial months
There are no refunds for a partial month once a period has started.
Your first charge
We refund the first charge in full if you ask within 7 days.
That holds if you have not yet sent a clip to a patient.

Duplicate or mistaken charges
We refund duplicate or mistaken charges in full.
How a refund reaches you
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
They usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
